Q. What is the motor limit on the HFX?
A. We recommend no lower than 10 turns but if properly geared the HFX has no motor limit. Be aware that the lower the turns, the hotter the speed control will get and it may go into thermal shut off. If this happens you will need to gear down or go with a milder motor. Always make sure there is sufficient airflow over the heat sinks to help keep it cool.
