| Flat Rate Fee
Hitec USA is introducing a flat rate fee for all non-warranty repairs. (Note: This does not apply to products that are still covered under our 2-year from date of purchase warranty.) When you send your product in for repair, Hitec USA will repair or will replace it with the same or like product for the amount listed below. The amounts do not reflect shipping or any applicable taxes. If your item is replaced, the original will not be returned to you. To expedite your repair include a check, money order or Visa/MasterCard information with your product. This will cut down the time required to obtain authorization and assure you a quicker turn around. Please note that the flat fees do not include shipping and handling. Shipping charges are found at the bottom of this page. Although Hitec USA is implementing this flat rate fee, we still wish to provide our customers with the same outstanding service they have come to expect. For this reason, Hitec USA still offers free check ups and evaluations. If the unit requires repair, you will be notified. Important Note: Hitec places a 10 day hold on all checks. | ||||
