How Long is Hitec's Warranty ?

All Hitec RCD products are warranted against defects for a period of two (2) Years from the date of purchase. During this period we will repair or replace at our discretion any defective products. You should always retain your original receipt as proof of the date of purchase. Read the complete warranty text.

What is Covered?

Hitec's warranty covers any manufacturer's defects.

I am sure you are asking yourself, what is a manufacturers defect? That means that somehow someway something that was never intended to see the shipping department at Hitec RCD did. Send it in, we will take care of it.

What is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover batteries, servo cases, servo gears, cosmetic damages, damages caused by acts of God, water, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation or damages caused by alteration by unauthorized persons. Additionally our warranty does not cover any damage sustained or loss of use to any device in which the product was installed in an or used to control.

How Long Will it Take to get My Repair Done?

Our goal is to ship your repair back out within 5 days from the day we get it. Unfortunately we cannot always accomplish this due to seasonal fluctuations in our workload. You can always contact our service department @ service@hitecrcd.com or call (858) 748-8440 to find out just how long the current turnaround time is.

In what countries does this warranty apply?

Hitec RCD USA, Inc. only warranties product sold and used in both North and South America. If you are not located in these regions, please contact your countries Hitec distributor for information on warranty and service.
